ROOTED IN AWARENESS AND CONNECTION

Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master/Teacher, lifelong multidisciplinary artist and meditation practitioner. My work is rooted in the belief that the mind and body are deeply connected, and that creating space for relaxation, self-awareness and reflection allows the body to move toward its natural state of balance. Whether through Reiki, meditation, Creative Integration or intuitive insight, my goal is to offer supportive experiences that help people reconnect with themselves while complementing their overall approach to health and well-being.

Before completing my Reiki Master/Teacher training, I spent an extended period working with Reiki on myself, developing a deeper understanding of the practice through direct experience and personal exploration. Today, I offer Reiki sessions, sound meditation, intuitive insight and Creative Integration in a supportive environment designed to help clients reconnect with themselves, gain clarity and restore balance.

As both an artist and energy practitioner, my approach is shaped by creativity, mindfulness and a deep respect for each individual’s unique path. Creative Integration sessions combine energy work with guided artistic expression, providing clients with a tangible way to explore and process their experiences.

My intention is to create a welcoming space where healing, reflection and personal growth can unfold naturally and at each client’s own pace.

INTUITION AND HEALING

In addition to Reiki, meditation, and Creative Integration, intuitive perception plays an important role in my work. Clairvoyant, clairaudient, and mediumistic experiences have become a significant part of my life and often provide another avenue through which clients can gain perspective, understanding, and insight into themselves and their experiences.

While every session is unique, intuitive insights are a part of how I listen, observe, and support those I work with.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me creating art, cycling, hiking, soaking up the sun along the New England coastline or relaxing with my cat Archie.
